Meet Dr. Linda E. Young,
A passionate educator for over 30 years.
Dr. Linda E. Young has continued to be the voice in our community to promote equity multicultural, diversity and special education. We must retain her as our representative for School Board District C.
Throughout her career in education Dr. Linda E. Young has served as a high school teacher, school psychologist, coordinator for special education programs, elementary special education teacher, high school dean, and assistant principal, sixth grade center principal, and director of District-wide Multicultural/Diversity and Equity Educational Programs.
Dr. Linda E. Young is a passionate voice and fervent advocate for equity and diversity education, special education, STEM, and at-promise programs for under-served and under-represented students, parents, and communities.
Her experience with education goes beyond the classroom with her involvement in various national, state, and local educational organizations such as NAACP.
